Google has posted the following update: Status: Fully Resolved
The issue with Cloud Monitoring has been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2025-03-26 19:21 US/Pacific.
From preliminary analysis, the issue was triggered by a recent configuration change to enhance efficiency of metric processing, which inadvertently caused resource overload leading to downstream impact on metrics for multiple cloud products. Our engineers have mitigated the issue by rolling back the recent configuration change.

We are experiencing an issue with Cloud Monitoring beginning on Wednesday, 2025-03-26 15:28 US/Pacific. Google Cloud products that depend on Cloud Monitoring are experiencing increased latency for dashboards.
Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.

Google Cloud metrics may be delayed for some integrations due to a partial outage in the Google Cloud Monitor API. The problem has been identified and we will update as we learn more from Google Cloud.
